These communications and interactions must reach to a university level”.

In an interview with the reporter of the international section of ISCA Information Website, Sara Shikohbin said: “Book fair is very effective in establishing cultural and religious relations. Every year every country’s new and important works must be put on display at this scientific place”.

“Unfortunately some works presented at the fair, especially those presented by foreigners are not acceptable for the audience. Some of these works are repeatedly put on display here”, she said.

“Book is the first shared point between Iran and Austria. Using this tool (book), these two countries can know about each other’s history and reach at better-shared cultural points. These two countries must expand their interactions in the area of book”, she stated.

“In Austria, cultural book association organizes book fairs. Like Frankfort International Book Fair, Tehran International Book Fair must allow only new and especial works to be put on display at the fair”, she added.

“At Frankfort International Book Fair many know about Iranian generosity and hospitability. The books put on display must be in accordance with cultures, not overshadowing political and cultural issues. The two countries of Iran and Austria enjoy good cultural relations and it is hoped that these relations will expand further”, she noted.

“The best book Austria has put on display at this fair is The Relation Between a Mother and Her Child authored by young Austrian authors. Pictures of manuscripts translated into Persian are also on display”, she mentioned.

“Though I am not fully acquainted with Qom scientific and research centers including Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy (ISCA) I can serve as a bridge between the publishers of the two countries”, she added.
